All hides except Gill's Lookout are accessible to everyone today, including with mobility scooters. Water levels are continuing to drop. Lady Fen trails are now closed until after breeding season, but great views from cafe veranda. All roads including A1101 Welney Wash Road are open.

Reserve management works taking place in front of the main hide, Lyle hide and Nelson-Lyle hide today may cause disturbance.

Friends hide, reedbed hide, dragonfly ponds and summer walk will be disturbance free!

Yesterday a kingfisher was fishing by Lyle hide and there were over 400 geese on the reserve, Canada's and greylags. At least 90 ruff and a green sandpiper too.
