Photographer Mike Potts features in the gallery this November & December

Our gallery will be home to the work of Mike Potts this winter, enjoy his work whilst you are in the visitor centre and find the perfect photo to take home.

Mike's work will be on display in the gallery throughout November and December.

I have spent the last 40 years filming wildlife, mainly for the BBC's Natural History Unit. I worked on many of their big series such as Life of Birds, Life of Mammals and Planet Earth. I was a bird specialist and my last film was a 50 minute special on Hummingbirds shot mainly in Brazil and Ecuador. I have a particular love of wildfowl which started over 50 years ago when I worked for the then Wildfowl Trust. Now retired from film making I concentrate on stills photography, mainly of wildfowl and seabirds from across the world, which I exhibitat WWT centres and at the British Bird Fair at Rutland Water.
