Lyle hide and the main observatory overlook the largest areas of open water on the reserve and so are currently the best hides for watching our wildfowl, look out for all the usual suspects including:

Mute swans
Pochard
Tufted duck
Wigeon
Teal
Shoveler
Pintail
Gadwall
Mallard
