Wader spectacle
Despite the rain today a larger group of whooper swans remained on Bank Farm to feast on the potatos with at least 3 leg ringed birds and Bladur and his family present.
The walk with a warden was great this afternoon with hundreds of lapwing on Lady fen taking to the sky and settling back down on the shallow pools of water. There were black-tailed godwits mixed in with the lapwing and at least 6 curlew.
