About me

I loved working on questions at the intersection of subjects at university and found those presented by climate and nature crises the most interesting and meaningful to me. I studied Natural Sciences at Durham University and an MSc in Climate Change, Management and Finance at Imperial College London.

Since university I have been working in Deloitte UK's Sustainability and Climate Change team, helping organisations enact science-based climate strategies.

My role

At WWT I am exploring how a scientific understanding of nature restoration can resolve uncertainty for organisations looking to take positive action.

I am working with the Project Development team in the design phase of two commercially viable large scale wetland restoration projects. Using data from site field studies and wider research is key to presenting the risk-return profile clearly to commercial partners, and to do this I am also working with members of the Conservation Evidence team.
